operational principle

As shown in Figure 1, in a variable flow system with significant fluctuations in system load, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) at the two ends of the dynamic balance electric control valve also changes accordingly:

When the inlet pressure P1 increases, (P1-P2) increases, and the electric valve spool moves upwards, reducing the opening between P1 and P2, and reducing the spool pressure P2; When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, (P1-P2) decreases. At this time, the electric valve spool moves downward, increasing the opening between P1 and P2, and increasing the spool pressure P2. Therefore, no matter how the system pressure changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains constant through the adjustment of the electric valve core. Therefore, this type of dynamic valve has strong anti-interference ability and dynamic balancing function;
