It has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing performance, and small pressure set point fluctuations, and is widely used for automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization of gas, liquid, and steam media. This series of products has three types of structures: single seat (ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM), and double seat (ZZYN). The actuator has two types: diaphragm type and piston type. The action type includes pressure relief valve rear pressure adjustment (B-type) and pressure relief valve front pressure adjustment (K-type). The nominal pressure ratings of products include PN16, 40, and 64; Valve body diameter range DN20~300; There are three levels of leakage: Level II, Level IV, and Level VI; The flow characteristic is fast opening; The pressure is adjusted in stages from 15 to 250MPa. It can be combined as needed to meet the user's working conditions.

It is an energy-saving product that does not require external energy and utilizes the pressure change of the regulated medium to automatically adjust. It is driven by the force generated by introducing the controlled medium into the actuator according to mechanical principles, controlling the upward and downward movement of the valve core components to achieve automatic adjustment, and maintaining constant pressure or reducing pressure before or after the valve.

The biggest feature of this product is that it can work in places without electricity or gas, and the pressure setting value can be adjusted freely during operation. Adopting fast opening flow characteristics, with sensitive action and good sealing performance, it is widely used for automatic control of gas, liquid, steam and other media pressure in various industrial equipment such as petroleum, chemical industry, power plants, light industry, printing and dyeing.

There are two types of actuators for this series of products: membrane type and piston type; The forms of action include: pre valve pressure regulation (pressure relief and holding type), post valve pressure regulation (pressure reducing and stabilizing type); The attached temperature isolation condensation tank can be used at a temperature of ≤ 350 ℃. According to different operating conditions, different valve core structures and actuators can be selected to achieve good control effects.
