Structure instruction
1. The valve seat is a rigid floating seat inlaid with PTFE or filled PTFE sealing ring, which has a double sealing effect. The valve seat is pre-tightened by the O-ring at the end, and the active cold effect of the floating seat achieves simultaneous sealing of the inlet and outlet. This double sealing structure completely isolates the cavity of the valve body from the passage, and the valve can be inspected and repaired under working conditions to remove residues in the body cavity.
2. The ram is a rectangular parallel plate with a through hole with the same diameter as the channel (with diversion hole), or without a hole (without diversion hole). When fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight. , The flow resistance coefficient is low, the pressure loss is small, the gate and the valve seat are always in contact with each other when opening and closing, you can test the particulate dirt attached to the sealing surface, and the sealing surface can be protected from being directly washed by the medium

4. The flange of the flat valve adopts metal flexible graphite gasket, and the flange of the round valve adopts O-ring seal;

6. The valve is fully enclosed, and there is an opening indicator on the upper end of the valve cover, which can indicate the opening and closing state and height of the valve at any time;

8. Both the bottom of the valve body and the upper part of the valve cover are equipped with pressure relief devices, which can discharge dirt and increase pressure caused by temperature rise;
