Use and performance specifications :

Maintenance and repair:

In order to ensure the performance of the jacketed breathing valve to achieve the purpose of full use. The breathing valve should be inspected and maintained in half a year.

1. Check whether the pressure valve disc and the vacuum valve disc move flexibly, and whether the contact surface of the guide rod and the valve seal ring is damaged.

2. When reinstalling the pressure valve disc, ensure that the contact surface is strict and the guide rod can rise and fall flexibly.

4. When the new valve is started, the anti-vibration material of the valve disc should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will fail.

5. Because the weather is humid and windy and the temperature reaches zero degrees, the storage tank cannot be used for sending oil. In emergency production, the oil metering hole and other gas supply products must be opened first to maintain the safety function of the storage tank.

6. Before the breather valve works normally, the oil metering hole must be opened.
