Q646F/Q646H pneumatic four-way ball valve is composed of a quarter-stroke pneumatic actuator and a four-way ball valve body. According to the structure, the pneumatic four-way ball valve can be divided into two types: double L type and cross type, which can realize two types of medium reversing operation respectively. Suitable for all kinds of light and heavy industries and building pipelines. Widely used in: chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, paper, mining, electric power, liquefied gas, food, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, municipal administration, mechanical equipment supporting, electronic industry, urban construction and other fields.

Features:

1. Small fluid resistance: the cross section of the connecting pipe between the sphere and the valve body is equal, and the sphere channel is connected by an arc. When the medium passes through the sphere, the fluid resistance is small.

2. Sealing performance: The valve seat adopts a certain elastic deformation and high-strength PTFE material to achieve good sealing performance to ensure the stability of the valve.

3. Long service life: Austenitic stainless steel is used for the valve core and smooth neck material, and PTFE is used for the valve seat material, which can achieve good corrosion resistance and prolong the service life of the valve.
