The fluorine-lined three-way reversing ball valve is composed of a quarter-stroke piston pneumatic actuator and a three-way ball valve. It is a rotary cut-off and regulating valve with the advantages of tight closing, compact structure, light weight and convenient maintenance. The inner wall of the valve body and the inner valve components in contact with fluid adopt high-temperature molding process of fluorine plastic lining, and are coated with a layer of polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA). ) And other anti-corrosion materials, which can cut off the contact between corrosive media and the valve body shell, so the sealing performance is good. The valve can be equipped with valve positioner input control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5V DC) air source to control the operation, and can also be equipped with stroke limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4-0.7MPa air source. Realize the switch operation, and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. It is widely used in the control of strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali, and gas and liquid media such as toxic, volatile and permeable.
