Function and technical parameters of safety valve quick switching device

The FMQH series safety valve quick switching device is a fine-tuning valve whose valve plug is needle-shaped, which is mainly used to adjust the air flow. The fine-tuning valve requires the opening of the valve port to gradually become larger, and it can be continuously and finely adjusted from closed to open. The needle valve plug can achieve this function. The switching valve is a parallel connection of two spring-loaded safety valves with the same inlet. One safety valve can be operated by switching the key structure; the other safety valve is closed, and the two valves can be switched to the working state in turn. The switching mechanism can be equipped with different types of fast switching safety valves according to the use of medium, temperature and pressure to adapt to different working conditions.

The inlet and outlet flanges of the safety valve quick switching device can adopt the national standard or the American standard, the Russian standard, the German standard, and the Japanese standard according to user requirements. The safety valve should be installed vertically and installed at the gas phase interface of the container or pipeline.
